MIAMI, FL – March 14, 2023 – The Foundation for Talent Transformation Advisory Board has welcomed longtime management consulting executive Oneka Jefferson-Cornelius as a new member. The foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that provides apps, quizzes, and webinars to help people understand themselves and find their path to personal and career success.
Jefferson-Cornelius has brought out the best in people for over 20 years as a passionate people developer, team builder, and leader. She is a seasoned talent and organization effectiveness executive with diverse experience in HR, employee onboarding, change management, communications, learning, talent management, mentoring, leadership, and workforce transformation. She has built her career on cross-functional workforce experience within many industries, including financial services, contact center management, utilities, IT, communications, & high tech, and food & beverage. Jefferson-Cornelius is the founder and CEO of Convergence Solutions, LLC, and a certified executive, career, and life coach. Her certifications include BehavioralOS®, Leadership Circle Profile, Everything DiSC®, Culture Design, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging in the Workplace.
